This is the personal information handling policy of Hana AMT Co., Ltd.
Items in the personal information you collect
Required information: name, email, contact information, company name, industry group (address, request)
Select item: department name, position
Purpose of collecting and using personal information
1. Reply to the consultation request
2. Use for marketing and advertising
3. Member management (identifying access frequency or statistics on members’ use of services)
Period of retention and use of personal information
In principle, after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved, the information is destroyed without delay.
However, the following information shall be preserved for the period specified for the following reasons:
A. Retention of information in accordance with the company’s internal policy
1) Personal information that received the event: until the request for rejection
B. Retention of information under relevant laws and regulations
